In view of the ongoing COVID-19, we now reinvent your BMW X Tribe experience!

Relocated to Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, BMW X Tribe will feature a series of exciting activities for your exploration. After check-in, your outdoor adventure will begin right away. From picnic on the grass to a variety of new experience and workshops, and from night cinema to stargazing, feel free to embrace the nature. Relax yourself in the room or enjoy the hotel amenities after a day of fun. A special Easter program will be held after breakfast in Day 2 - don't miss the Easter egg hunt!

To register for free parking, please provide the car plate number in your application. To attend the event, you shall drive the vehicle (with the same car plate and in the same model) as registered to the venue and follow the instructions to park the vehicle at the designated parking space. BMW HONG KONG reserves the right to terminate the free parking offer.

As the event venue is an open area, crowded with tents and expect to be packed with people, children under 3 years old are not recommended to join.

Regulations in X Tribe
  • Due to capacity limitation, enrolment will be on first-come, first-served basis. An email confirmation will be sent immediately after successful enrolment (please note if the email confirmation has been mismarked as spam). The email confirmation must be presented during check in date. Online reservation is not required.
  • Check in time is 1:30 pm and check out time is 12 noon.
  • To register for free parking, please provide the car plate number in your application. To attend the event, you shall drive the vehicle (with the same car plate and in the same model) as registered to the venue and follow the instructions to park the vehicle at the designated parking space. BMW HONG KONG reserves the right to terminate the free parking offer.
  • Participants must sign a health declaration form. Eligible participants (under the age of 18) must have their accompanying parent/guardian to complete and sign the forms in order to participate in the event. Children under 3 years old are not recommended to join.
  • Participants must at all times strictly follow every instruction given by the staff.
  • Participants are responsible and liable for the safe custody or care for their children and senior citizens while inside the venue.
  • Participants must be aware of the potential danger of using the facilities and it is your sole discretion to use the facilities.
  • We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the venue and use the same for promotional purpose without payment to any person.
  • Protect all your personal belongings. BMW does not assume responsibility for keeping the property, and will not be responsible for any loss.
Cancellation Policy
  • No change can be made once confirmed
  • No refund will be arranged
  • In case of any dispute, BMW HONG KONG reserve the right of final decision.
Inclement Weather Arrangement
  • If typhoon signal No. 1 or No. 3, amber or red rainstorm warning signal is issued on the day of checking in, all camp entry arrangements will be continued.
  • If typhoon signal No. 8 or above, and black rainstorm warning signal is issued on the day of checking (issued after 8a.m.), all camp entry arrangements will be cancelled and a refund will be arranged (A handling fee of 3% of the camp fee will be charged)
