Terms and Condition - BMW Motorsport X Shell Helix Ultra - Macau Grand Prix Experience.

  1. Participants must be registered vehicle owners with BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited (“BMWHK”), aged 18 or above, and have purchased BMW Advanced Regular Inspection with engine oil service at the BMW and MINI Service Centres between 25th OCT to 6th NOV, 2018 (both dates inclusive). All service purchases must be supported by a signed quotation(s) with work in progress or payment settled by cash, credit card(s), successful bank transfer, or honored cheque(s).
  2. This online registration officially commences from 25th October 2018 till 23:59 of 6th November 2018. Late submissions will not be processed and shall be considered void.
  3. Participants shall fill in accurate and correct information during registration. Registration forms with missing, incorrect or inaccurate information shall be deemed void. Once participants submit and confirm their registered information online, no changes will be allowed.
  4. The campaign include 2 winners.
    Grand Prize (2 Winner): BMW Motorsport X Shell Helix Ultra - Macau Grand Prix Experience – the prize including round-trip super class ferry tickets with 1 night 5 star hotel accommodation and Macau Grand Prix VIP tickets for two, appointed itinerary and limited transportation. Travel or medical insurance, leisure spending, allowances, meal and other expenses are not included.
  5. The travel period for the BMW Motorsport X Shell Helix Ultra - Macau Grand Prix Experience is a designated 2-day, 1-night trip from 17th Nov – 18th Nov, 2018. The winner must agree to travel on the designated dates and itinerary. Final outbound and inbound dates may be adjusted according to the availability of ferry tickets but still fall within the designated travel period or as previously agreed by BMWHK.
  6. All BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. staff and their immediate family members (parents and step-parents), spouse and children (and step-children) are not eligible to participate in the draw. BMWHK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
  7. Prize redemption arrangement:
    1. Winners will be informed on or before 7th Nov, 2018. BMW Hong Kong’s representative will notify the winner via the phone using the phone number provided by the winner.
    2. Winners must redeem their prize in person at the time, date and place and in such manner as BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited may determine. Winners are required to show proof of Identification and vehicle registration documents to verify their identity.
    3. Late Redemption of the Prize redemption letter / Prize is not accepted and the prize will be automatically forfeited.
  8. All prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged / redeemed for cash or its equivalent.
  9. All prizes are subject to the terms of use, terms & conditions and/or other applicable terms indicated by their suppliers. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd is not responsible for the prizes or for any prize-related matters. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. will not be liable for any damage, loss, death or injury caused by the use of the prizes. Winners are required to comply to the terms & conditions of the prizes indicated by the suppliers. Any controversy pertaining to the use of the prizes will be directly resolved by the winner and the supplier. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. will not be responsible for any disputes that may arise.
  10. BMWHK and Shell Hong Kong Limited shall reserve the rights to use any video footage and photographs of winners for promotional and/or record purpose of this draw (including without limitation, organization of any other activities in connection with this draw and/or the subject matter thereof).
  11. Winner must take care of and be responsible for their own personal belongings and safety. BMWHK will neither be responsible for nor compensate for the loss or damage to any property nor any injury or death sustained by the winner.
  12. In participating in this campaign, each participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions as set out herein.
  13. All personal data collected during and for this campaign will be used for correspondence for correspondence and other purposes related to this promotion. With your consent, your personal data may be used for market research, and future business or promotional purposes by BMWHK.
  14. In case of any disputes, the decision of BMWHK shall be final and binding.
